Collaborative Event Space in the Heart of Downtown Missoula
Modern amenities and flexible layouts for professional meetings, trainings, and events, in a space that's polished, comfortable, and easy to book.
A room that works as hard as your agenda
Walk in off West Front Street into a wide room with warm wood tones, cafe seating along one side, tables and chairs you can move wherever the day needs them, and a coffee and cocktail bar at the back. It reads more like a good coffee shop than a sterile meeting room. Two conference rooms open off the common area through French doors, so a committee can break out without leaving the building, and past them the deck runs outside with comfortable seating, fire pits, and heaters. At four o'clock the tables roll away and cocktail hour starts.
The Landing is Sterling Commercial Real Estate's meeting and event space in downtown Missoula, built for the groups that keep this city running: boards, nonprofits, professional teams, and the businesses that need a good room for a few hours.

Three ways groups use The Landing
Board and team meetings
The common area seats a full board at one table with the monitor in sight of every chair. Committees split into the two conference rooms and come back together without anyone leaving the floor.
Trainings and workshops
Classroom layout, rolling tables, and a screen in all three rooms. Run a half-day CE session or a new-hire onboarding, break for coffee at the bar, and reset the room in minutes.
Receptions and after-hours events
Clear the tables, bring in cocktail rounds, open the kegerator, and the room turns into an evening gathering for clients, members, or donors.
845 square feet that reconfigures in minutes
The common area is the center of The Landing. Tables roll, seating moves, and the same 845 square feet handles a boardroom setup in the morning and a standing reception that night. The bar anchors the back wall with an espresso machine for meetings and a kegerator for events.
The two conference rooms sit behind French doors, open to the common area when you want the floor to feel like one space and closed when a committee needs its own.

Downtown on purpose
SterlingCRE Advisors moved its offices downtown for a reason. The firm's work is commercial real estate in Missoula, and the closer you sit to the heartbeat of a city, the better you understand it. The Landing came out of that move, and we're opening it to organizations that need a convenient place to meet downtown.
Strong communities run on real connection and a working local economy. Every board meeting, training, and reception held here is part of that.
For nonprofit groups with simple setup needs, The Landing is often available at no cost. Tell us about your organization when you inquire.
